Started in the Project Management department at Laurus R&D center, then headed the Synthesis Division (CRDMO), building it from approximately 3Mn USD to 50Mn USD before transferring leadership. Subsequently built the Generic Formulation Division from zero revenue to about 100Mn USD revenue before transferring charge. Currently serving on strategic topics as member of Board of Directors. Deep experience building greenfield manufacturing facilities, new business entry, team building for R&D, business development and manufacturing operations.
